The Health Care Center at Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads offers short-term rehab and long-term nursing care in a comfortable, person-centered environment.

Small household living with thoughtful, personalized care
At Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads, our Health Care Center blends the comforts of home with the vibrancy of community life. At its heart is a welcoming rotunda with a fireplace, branching into hallways – each named for a flower – that form households of 10–13 residents. Within each household, open kitchens, dining rooms and living areas create spaces where residents and staff connect, while two outdoor patios invite relaxation in the sun or activities like gardening.
Private rooms reflect each resident’s personality, with family photos, mementos and personal furniture adding warmth and individuality. Residents are encouraged to bring their own bedding and headboards, while ADA-compliant bathrooms with accessible showers ensure safety and ease.

Our Health Care Center accepts Medicare and Medicaid, along with most major insurance providers. For direct admissions to the Health Care Center, please contact our admissions team to discuss options and availability. At this time, we cannot take in new residents who are already on Medicaid.
